Resiliency + Female Armaments
May 17, 2017
This May in Seattle, we made space for a series of creative conversations to align with the Living Future unConference.
Muina, a Basque word for which there is no English equivalent, is how chef Josean Alija describes his approach to cooking: “It enables the creative process to be viewed as a journey to the source of things… to be developed fully through the description of rounded, complete, and pleasurable sensations.”
We offered space to listen together to our stories of misogyny in daily practice, toward a mission of transforming misogyny individually and collectively. How can we foster a culture defined by empowerment and agency?
